You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All refunds must be approved. Please email us for RMA information.
We are very serious about customer satisfaction. Upon receipt, check your shipment and notify us immediately to report damage within 2 days. If you have any questions on how to return your item to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We require photographs of the damage and will file a claim immediately on your behalf. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with its original packaging. Your item must be in the original packaging. Meat or food products are not returnable.
